Youth are the future

Our comprehensive set of programs directly address the root causes of gun/gang involvement and trauma and provide pathways towards a brighter future. We believe that the key to interrupting gang violence lies in establishing meaningful relationships with youth and providing them with positive outlets.

Mentorship Services

Our program is dedicated to supporting high-risk youth, particularly Latino youth, through mentorship and community engagement. We focus on violence prevention, personal development, and building resilience in young people facing various challenges.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Ages: elementary through adulthood
  • Identification as high-risk due to factors such as:
    • History of exposure to violence
    • Involvement in gang activity
    • Community violence or crime  
    • Involvement with the juvenile justice system
    • Pending legal charges or court involvement
    • Victim of gun violence
    •  Poor academic performance or school dropout
    • Low family income or poverty
    • Homelessness or unstable housing
    •  History of trauma or abuse  
    • Unaccompanied Minor/Undocumented Status

Referral Process
1. Complete and Submit the Referral: Provide the necessary details in the referral form and send it to us.
2. Conduct an Initial Assessment: We will evaluate the youth’s needs and fit for the program.
3. Obtain Consent: Ensure that consent is secured from the youth and their guardians for participation in the program.
