Healthy Pro Social Spaces

Open Gym:
We provide a safe and inclusive space where youth can engage in recreational activites, including basketball and boxing. From casual scrimmages to skill-building sessions, all levels are welcome.

Health and Fitness Sessions:
We provide health and fitness sessions that promote healthy lifestyles, physical activity and well-being. Session includes weight training and nutritional education.
